How does it work — Do I wash my dog, or do you?

At Dog Gone Clean, you’ve got options!
You can choose to wash your own pup at our easy-to-use self-serve stations — we provide everything you need to get your dog squeaky clean. And the best part? We handle the cleanup!

 

Prefer to let us do the dirty work? We’re happy to wash your dog for you. Need more than just a bath? We also offer grooming services.

Does the 15 minutes for the Express Wash include drying time?

Yes, it does! Our convenient 1-step bathing stations are designed to make the process fast and easy, cutting your dog’s bath time in half. Shampoo is dispensed directly from the sprayer, so there’s no need to pre-rinse or fumble with bottles — and the water stays warm throughout.

Each station includes a high-velocity dryer and absorbent microfiber towels to help speed up drying time. You don’t need to move your dog to another area — it’s all right there.

Need a break during the wash? Use the pause feature, which stops the timer for up to 5 minutes — perfect for towel drying or applying optional flea treatment.

 

*New customer? We’ll happily provide extra drying time if needed. Returning customers can add 5 extra minutes for just $5.

Can I bring my own bathing supplies?

Yes! While we provide hypoallergenic shampoos and conditioners suitable for most pets, we understand that some dogs may need specific or medicated products due to allergies or unique coat needs. You’re welcome to bring your own bathing supplies only, including your preferred shampoo, conditioner, or brush.

At Dog Gone Clean, you’ll never need to bring the basics — we’ve got you covered from head to tail! We provide:

  • Shampoo & Conditioner

  • Brushes & Towels

  • High-velocity Dryer

  • Ear & Dental Wipes

  • Paw Balm

  • Finishing Spray

  • Treats for your pup
    Plus, aprons and gloves are available for pet parents!

 

*Please note: Bringing your own supplies does not reduce the time or price. Grooming tools such as clippers, shears, nail grinders, or trimmers are not allowed at the stations. This policy is acknowledged when you sign the waiver.

Do I need to bring proof of updated vaccinations?

For our self-serve bathing stations, proof of vaccinations is not required — but we highly recommend your pet be up to date for their own health and the safety of others. While we thoroughly disinfect each station and sanitize brushes after every use, using the facilities is still at your own risk, which you'll acknowledge in the signed waiver.

 

However, proof of current vaccinations is required for any services provided by our team, including:

  • Grooming

  • We Clean Packages

  • Nail Grinding

No — both of our wash stations are fully gated to keep your pet safely separated from others. Each station is spacious enough to accommodate multiple pets from the same household.

 

*Our waiting area is small, so all pets must be kept on a leash at all times while inside the facility.

Do I need to make an appointment for the Self-Serve Express Wash?
